NHK Seating of America manufactures complete seats and seat components for Subaru of Indiana Automotive. To accommodate growth, NHK Seating constructed a 383,000 SF warehouse to increase production capacity. Insulated wall panels were specified to construct the building’s envelope for their structural strength and installation efficiencies. The prestressed concrete wall panels are a high-performance solution and contribute to significant energy and cost savings over the project’s life cycle. More than 128,100 SF of insulated wall panels were manufactured and delivered to the NHK Seating facility.
