Wider Double Tees

County Prestress & Precast manufactures double tees up to 15 feet wide, exceeding the 12-foot maximum width available from many producers. This added width reduces the number of columns required, creating more open bays and improving traffic flow.

Pre-Topped Double Tees

In addition to wider spans, County Prestress & Precast offers pre-topped double tees with 4-inch flanges that act as structural diaphragms. This eliminates the need for a separate field-topping operation, reducing shrinkage cracks as often seen on field-topped decks and reducing the number of trades to coordinate.

Unmatched Construction Efficiency

Offsite production of precast components allows for much faster completion of new parking structures. Unlike cast-in-place applications, which can face delays due to weather, prestressed structural components are manufactured to specification in a controlled environment and delivered to the site ready to install.
