Indiana’s competitive business climate prompted the construction of East Indy Exchange, a developing industrial park in Indianapolis, IN. Project leaders relied on insulated wall panels to build the park’s second structure for their efficient installation and cost savings. The high thermal mass of concrete allows the structure to absorb and release heat, reducing peak energy loads, maintaining comfortable indoor temperatures, and contributing to significant energy savings over the project’s service life. We utilized our enhanced production capacity to accelerate the second building’s construction.
