When the Pines Apartments in Rochester, MN wanted to expand their complex, they sought durable and efficient building materials. Hollowcore was specified by project leaders because it serves as an instant work deck once installed, reduces costs, and allows trades earlier access. More than 66,800 SF of hollowcore planks, 1,700 SF of solid slabs, and 2,800 LF of beams and columns were manufactured for this multifamily podium.
