An 85-unit luxury apartment complex in Hudson, WI was built to attract residents searching for affordable housing options near the Twin Cities. To construct the building’s podium, project leaders specified hollowcore planks, solid slabs, and columns and beams. Ready-to-install prestressed components accelerate the construction process and enhance occupant safety and comfort with high fire ratings and low sound transmission. Our team worked closely with the erector, Zachman Precast, to coordinate efficient delivery and erection schedules.
