The City of Champlin, MN is redeveloping its Mississippi Crossings district to attract new residents and offer greater opportunities for entertainment. Among the projects slated for construction is The Bowline at Mississippi Crossings, a 214-unit residential complex that offers economic luxury. Project leaders relied on 87,000 SF of hollowcore plank to construct and support the mid-rise complex. Hollowcore roof and floor systems were specified for their ultimate efficiency and high-performance strength, capable of meeting demanding structural requirements and construction schedules.
