Hollowcore was chosen for the podium of this new five-story mixed-use building in Shakopee, Minnesota. Podiums built with hollowcore feature open, column-free spaces and offer unmatched design flexibility. The inherent noise-reducing and fire-suppressing qualities of prestressed concrete also enhance tenants’ comfort and safety. We manufactured and delivered more than 60,000 SF of hollowcore and provided value engineering services to keep the project within the owner’s budget.
