Within the Minneapolis Arts District, a four-story multifamily housing complex maximizes functionality with its rooftop deck, underground parking garage, and various amenities. We manufactured over 34,300 SF of hollowcore for the project. Hollowcore was specified for its high load capacity that allows for long, open spans without the need for additional support columns.
