Hollowcore was an efficient and cost-effective material for the podium of this four-story, 135-unit senior living facility. Requiring fewer support columns than other building materials, hollowcore podiums help maximize usable space in underground parking garages. Arriving on site ready to install, the prestressed planks can be set in most weather conditions. We utilized our enhanced production capacity to manufacture 22,000 SF of 8-inch depth hollowcore and 13,000 SF of 12-inch depth hollowcore in just six days. Constant communication with the general contractor ensured a timely delivery, and installation was completed in just 10 days.
