The 206-unit luxury apartment complex features highly sought-after amenities and appeals to city dwellers seeking a change of pace in a suburban oasis. Emrik SV relies on a high-performance prestress podium to support and protect its mid-rise residential structure. Hollowcore was specified for the project for its short lead times and reliable delivery service. More than 81,000 SF of hollowcore, 1,500 SF of solid slabs, and 3,700 LF of columns and beams were used to construct the building’s podium and ensure its longevity.
