Located in Minnetonka, Minnesota, Alcott Apartments offers a mix of studio, alcove, and one- to three-bedroom unit designs. The apartment complex’s amenities include a dog park, community garden, clubhouse, activity green, outdoor patio, and pool deck with grills.

Prestressed concrete components were specified for their strength, design flexibility, cost effectiveness, and ability to meet the accelerated construction schedule. Located in an established residential area, this project had a restricted job site that required precision while delivering and installing the hollowcore podium and wall panels.

Upon installation, hollowcore serves as an instant, stable work deck, which reduces clutter on site and promotes efficiency.
