Establishing a Strong Structural Foundation for Modern Residential Construction

The Meadows at Prairie Ridge is a new multi-family residential development in Woodbury, Minnesota, designed to accommodate the community’s increasing demand for high-quality housing. County Prestress & Precast supplied precast columns, beams, and hollowcore plank for the structure’s foundation and floor system. The project required a solution that offered both speed of installation and high load capacities to support a multi-story design and an accelerated construction schedule.

County Prestress & Precast manufactured and delivered 87,700 SF of 12-inch hollowcore and solid plank, 3,315 LF of beams, and 1,500 LF of columns. The precast system’s inherent structural capacity and ease of installation made it an ideal choice for this large-scale residential project.
