Designed to offer modern amenities in the affordable housing market, the Quentin Apartments in St. Louis Park, MN are an attractive alternative to single-family housing. The 79-unit complex was built using sustainable construction materials and utilizes solar energy as part of the project leaders’ green initiative for this project. Hollowcore proved an ideal solution for meeting the project’s structural requirements and sustainability goals. In total, 49,300 SF of ready-to-install hollowcore planks and solid slabs were manufactured for the project’s two-story parking garage podium.
