This four-story apartment building is a multiphase project to create luxury living for its residents. With plans for an underground parking garage, hollowcore proved ideal for separating the living space from the parking area. Additionally, hollowcore provided high fire ratings and sound reduction. Our team supplied 119,000 SF of hollowcore for phases 1 and 2 of the 279-unit complex.
