When Metro Air Building 9 was expanded, County Prestress’ Insulated Sandwich walls provided a high-quality, efficient and versatile building envelope. The owners, Metro Air Business Park II Owner, LLC, wanted the addition in Plainfield, IN, to complement the existing structure. Because County Prestress provided the original insulated sandwich walls, it was able to achieve the owners’ desired look with shorter lead times. Within two weeks, 130 panels containing 66,550 SF of prestressed concrete were installed.
