Precast Elevator Shafts Preferred for Newly Developed Seven Pines Community

The Seven Pines community is a newly developed project in Jacksonville, Florida, that strives to be a sanctuary for gathering and connection. Including 1,000 acres of new homes, walkable neighborhoods, parks, trails, lakes, and family outposts, this new community blends luxury with Jacksonville’s stunning natural surroundings.
Consisting of 280 apartments and 20 townhouses, Seven Pines features four of County Prestress & Precast’s four-story Elevator Shafts. Project leaders were impressed with the speed of installation that these shafts provided. All four structures were installed in just two days, reducing the overall construction schedule and allowing the framer to start weeks earlier than expected.
