County Prestress & Precast partners with SoldierStrong to improve the lives of our nation’s heroes. SoldierStrong began its journey of helping members of the armed services in 2009 with a simple sock drive, which led to delivering more than 75,000 pounds of essentials to troops abroad. Since then, the organization has pivoted its mission to serve American veterans worldwide, providing revolutionary technology, innovative advancements, and educational opportunities to help veterans better their lives and the lives of their families.
SoldierStrong’s programs focus on eliminating barriers for veterans and service members so that they can thrive in their communities and grow in their physical, mental, and emotional health. One of their programs, SoldierSuit, makes prosthetic and robotic exoskeleton devices available to veterans to aid in rehabilitation for various combat and non-combat related disabilities.

The Foundation aligns support with four key service areas: Hunger & Homelessness Support, Service Members & Veterans Support, Sexual Abuse & Domestic Assault Services, and Mentoring & Skills Building.
