Empowering Survivors Through Guardian Angel Community Service

County Prestress & Precast partners with Guardian Angel Community Service (GACS) to support its mission of providing services that inspire people to improve the quality of their lives in a time of need. For more than 120 years, the organization has helped Illinois residents overcome adversity and make lasting change.
One program provided by GACS is Groundwork, a comprehensive programming for domestic violence survivors. The initiative recognizes domestic violence as a community issue, and coordinates professional services to build and strengthen broad-based support. Groundwork offers a 24- Hour Emergency Hotline and Emergency Shelter, Crisis Intervention and Safety Planning, Individual and Group Counseling, Legal and Medical Advocacy and Prevention Education and Community Outreach at no cost.
Through the Sonnentag American Foundation, County Prestress & Precast supports worthy organizations like Guardian Angel. We partner with organizations that support individuals in four key service areas: Hunger & Homelessness Support, Service Members & Veterans Support, Sexual Abuse & Domestic Assault Services, and Mentoring & Skills Building.
