County Prestress & Precast recently contributed to the construction of a distribution center that won two awards in 2024. The Uline WQ Distribution Center, a nearly 1.5 million-square-foot warehouse in Kenosha, Wisconsin, was recognized in both the 2024 Milwaukee Business Journal Real Estate Awards and the 2024 Daily Reporter Top Projects Awards.
After specifying precast and prestressed components for multiple successful distribution centers, Uline specified County Prestress & Precast’s insulated wall panels and hollowcore plank for the latest project to support its rapid growth.
Prestressed products were specified for this project for their durability, structural strength, and ability to maximize usable vertical space in the facility.
County Prestress & Precast relied on its superior production capacity to manufacture and deliver the wall panels and hollowcore planks to meet the project’s aggressive construction schedule. Additionally, our experienced team helped ensure the success of the overall project by closely coordinating with general contractor Hunzinger and erector MVP Erectors to overcome staging and access challenges.
