Congratulations to Our 2025 First Quarter County Champion: Danielle Jones
We are proud to announce Danielle Jones as our first quarter County Champion. Danielle is a Quality Control Technician in Janesville, Wisconsin, and has been with COUNTY since 2019.
Danielle earned this award by demonstrating Our Commitments through Teamwork, Accountability, Motivation, Integrity, and Leadership. Award recipients receive a $1,500 cash prize and a framed certificate signed by the owner of the County Materials family of companies, Tim Sonnentag.
Danielle goes above and beyond in her position at COUNTY. Every day, she arrives at work a half hour early at 4:30am to test the concrete cylinders for strength, a critical process in our industry. As the only woman in her department, Danielle is highly respected and appreciated by her team members. Whether she is performing a quality audit or helping out her peers, Danielle always demonstrates her leadership and commitment to excellence.
