County Prestress & Precast congratulates Rich Cooper on his retirement after 28 years of service and leadership as a project manager in our Salem, Illinois, prestress production facility. During his nearly 30-year career, Rich managed many large and successful projects and grew sales for products such as our ArchCast® Precast Bridge Systems and our railroad products.
“Rich handled most of the specialty work bid and produced at the Salem location, always demonstrating an incredible attention to detail and an innovative approach to manufacturing,” says Scott Boma, Rich’s supervisor. “He will be remembered for his willingness to teach and to mentor those who benefit from his years of experience.”
