Heart Haven OutReach, Bolingbrook, Illinois, serves teens who are experiencing challenges through research-based programs. The organization’s mission is to transform the lives of struggling teens through caring relationships and programs that support healthy emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual development.
Heart Haven OutReach offers one-on-one mentoring, tutoring, support groups, life skills training, leadership training, and community service opportunities. Middle and high school students can participate in field trips, in-school groups, and summer activities. Each year, the organization offers more than 1,200 programs that help more than 350 youth participants.
County Prestress, through the Sonnentag Foundation, supports dozens of worthy organizations and causes in four services areas, including Hunger and Homelessness Support, Service Member and Veteran Support, Sexual Abuse and Domestic Assault Services, and Mentoring and Skills Building.
