County Prestress donated funds to help the United Heroes League complete a monument honoring veterans in Hastings, Minnesota. The Heroes Monument features three walls, each 60 feet long, and honors a total of 4,000 veterans. The accessible monument is located along the Ravenna Trail.
The United Heroes League’s mission is to help military families heal, build confidence, and engage in their communities through sports. The organization accomplishes this by providing free equipment, free military kids camps, special events, and financial assistance for registration fees and other costs associated with playing the game they love.
County Prestress, through the Sonnentag Foundation, supports dozens of worthy organizations and causes in four service areas, including Hunger and Homelessness Support, Service Member and Veteran Support, Sexual Abuse and Domestic Assault Services, and Mentoring and Skills Building.
