Wisconsin Highway 35 is a well-traveled state highway that runs along the Wisconsin-Minnesota border and connects several cities along the northern Mississippi River. Two of the highway’s bridge structures, south of Fountain City, WI, required timely replacement to minimize disruption to this vital corridor. Prestressed concrete bridge girders were specified to enhance installation efficiency. County Prestress & Precast manufactured seven girders for the two-phase project and completed deliveries within the contractor’s tight installation timeline.
