Matt Fall, VP of Sales and Estimating for County Prestress & Precast LLC, celebrated his retirement from the Wisconsin National Guard and the U.S. Army Reserve on February 1, 2025.
Matt served proudly with the National Guard from 1995 until 2015, and the U.S. Army Reserve from 2015 until 2025. He retired as a decorated Command Sergeant Major after an accomplished career that included four overseas combat service tours, more than a dozen non-combat overseas service tours, and many certifications and special trainings.
To celebrate his retirement, Matt's family and final military unit hosted a celebration which included a Final Formation and a formal reception with family, friends, past commanders, and mentors from Matt’s civilian and military careers.
Matt joined the County Materials organization in July 2015 as the Prestress Sales Manager in Roberts, Wisconsin. He has 30 years of experience in the construction industry, encompassing operations management and sales roles. Matt’s leadership has been instrumental in growing County Prestress & Precast’s sales and estimating functions.
