During production, County Prestress manufactures hollowcore, columns and beams to individual specifications. Required openings can be pre-cut prior to shipping, while the respective trades provide smaller, field-cut notches. Prestressed hollowcore plank is compatible with most building materials, including concrete masonry, steel framing, and cast-in-place wall systems. Once installed, hollowcore serves as an immediate work deck and protected space for other trades, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
