When the original engineering company and precast company in charge of the Jourdan Court parking structure backed out of the contract, County Prestress & Precast was brought in to evaluate the job. County Prestress & Precast, along with PEC Engineering, redesigned the structure, making it easier to construct while saving the owner almost $150,000. The project presented unique design, schedule, and site challenges, but our unmatched parking structure solutions proved efficient and cost effective, ultimately meeting the project leaders’ expectations.
