County Prestress & Precast partners with Guardian Angel Community Services to empower people to improve the quality of their lives. For more than 120 years, Guardian Angel has been helping Illinois residents overcome adversity and make lasting change. Their vision is to become a leading service provider to help their clients take control of their own lives.
One of their core programs, a transitional living program called Suzy’s Caring Place, provides domestic violence survivors a safe place to stay for up to two years to build independent, violence-free lives. The program offers counseling, legal and medical advocacy, life skills training, and prevention education to help survivors disengage from their abuser permanently and regain their independence.

We partner with organizations that support individuals in four key service areas: Hunger & Homelessness Support, Service Members & Veterans Support, Sexual Abuse & Domestic Assault Services, and Mentoring & Skills Building.
