Twice a year, our certified plants undergo a thorough, unannounced audit conducted by third-party engineers. These professionals review the production processes and procedures in each plant to determine if we are reaching standards of the products being manufactured in each facility. PCI Certified plants are audited in strict accordance with standards published in PCI quality control manuals.
