County Prestress is partnering with &Rise to empower women to be the ultimate version of themselves. The Chicago-based organization was established in 2019 to provide services, support, and advocacy for women who experienced sexual and domestic violence. &Rise provides free counseling services and support groups to women regardless of age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and immigration status. Since its founding, & Rise has supported more than 520 women through our counseling services and free support groups. The organization provides 5 training courses for schools and 12 training courses for parents each year. Additionally, &Rise offers economic empowerment by providing financial literacy programs and workshops on resume and cover letter writing.
County Prestress, through the Sonnentag Foundation, supports dozens of worthy organizations and causes in four services areas, including Hunger and Homelessness Support, Service Member and Veteran Support, Sexual Abuse and Domestic Assault Services, and Mentoring and Skills Building.
