After two successful collaborations with County Prestress and general contractor Compass Commercial Construction Group, project leaders at the Hub I-65 Industrial Park once again specified County Prestress’ Insulated Sandwich Walls for the envelope of this nearly 400,000-square-foot industrial building.

County Prestress manufactured and delivered 234 insulated sandwich wall panels to complete this project in less than a month in winter conditions.
Despite inclement weather that caused the loss of seven working days, our skilled team and our construction partners were able to average 22 panels per day. County Prestress coordinated with erector Sealed Rite Inc. to work Saturdays to make up for the lost working days and overcome challenging site conditions to keep the project on schedule.
