For over 120 years, Guardian Angel Community Services has served survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault in Joliet, IL. The organization provides life-saving services through its Groundwork Domestic Violence Program, including a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, individual counseling, domestic violence education, legal and medical advocacy, prevention education, and community outreach.
