In the months leading up to the Main Street Bridge reconstruction project, it was determined that County Prestress & Precast would manufacture the project’s six 134-foot-long prestress girders at its Roberts, WI location. The plan was in place until incoming snowfall and frigid temperatures threatened to shut down the outdoor production facility. County Prestress & Precast responded quickly and moved girder production to its climate-controlled facility in Janesville, WI. The responsiveness and advanced manufacturing capabilities of County Prestress & Precast kept this mid-winter project on schedule for a timely completion.
