County Prestress & Precast, Champaign & Bonne Terre Earn PCI Certification

Written by Admin | Dec 3, 2021

At the 2021 PCI Convention, County Prestress & Precast's Champaign, IL and Bonne Terre, MO prestress facilities were recognized by the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute for achieving 40 and 30 years of PCI Certification, respectively.

PCI Plant Certification is one of the industry’s most trusted and specified quality assurance programs. It covers plant, personnel, and field certification and ensures each plant has developed and documented an in-depth, in-house quality system based on national industry standards. Concrete producers must undergo and pass two unannounced audits each year to maintain certification.

“County Materials’ products are resilient solutions for communities’ infrastructure needs. Maintaining long-term PCI Certification requires a commitment to quality that results in products being produced to the highest standards. Our skilled and knowledgeable production and quality control teams are the key to our consistent excellence. They take pride in the products we deliver to our customers and always strive to make everyone around them better. Every day, I am appreciative of their efforts.” -  Scott Boma, Vice President – Prestress Operations.

County Prestress & Precast congratulates our hardworking team members in Champaign and Bonne Terre for achieving these noteworthy milestones. Thank you for upholding rigorous quality and safety standards and helping build safer, stronger communities.
